Hotel from Hell

Liked: Most of the staff was nice.The female at the front desk on Monday 3/20 was beyond ride!!
Disliked: It was the Hotel from hell!!!!!Shower in first rm was broken and could only get cold or boiling water. 3 HOURS of maintenance unsuccessfully trying to fix it.Moved to a different room and had same issue plus more horrors with the shower. Wrote to the Property mngr after I arrived home and he never EVEN RESPONDED to my email. Obviously, he could NOT care less!!!You could not pay me to stay in this Hotel in the future!!!

Overall okay, stay unsure if...

Liked: The pool was cold the first night and the second day someone threw up in the pool so it was closed. The reason we booked this hotel was for the heated pool. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean.

The ladies in between, while...

Liked: It was very clean and comfortable. Some of the staff were very nice.
Disliked: Most hotels, and we’ve been to many, the first person you see who checks you in is warm and friendly and happy to see you with a smile. Not Here!! This was just a job to her…a job she didn’t want to be at! Her first words to me were “name”. She wasn’t mean exactly, just very cold and unfriendly. The other person in the back who came out at one point wasn’t much different. They talked amongst themselves. Her last words were to resight a paragraph about the hotel amenities like breakfast, etc. Not a good person to be the first impression of the hotel you pay a fair amount of money for! Checking out was not much different only a different lady! No “come back and see us” or “how was your stay “ not even a thank you! She took the card asked if i wanted a receipt and said ok that’s it. I said thank you. She didn’t even respond then! The only other thing is the door security lock bolt on the inside of the door doesn’t work. Im also shocked that you would charge at least 2 times the price of a store for items in your store. $4 for an apple juice?? Come on!! It’s the first hotel Ive been at that does that!!
