Liked: I paid for a King Suite and was put into a King Standard. The front desk person told me they couldn't see how much I paid. Yet when I checked out I got a reviept that showed how much I paid for the King Suite. She told me because she didn't know how much money they would get once the 3rrd party sent them the money she could not change me to a King Suite from a King Stamdard. She also told is she was a manager. I found out later she was not. This turned into a poor customer experience.I paid for a King Suite $160 and was put into a King Standard. A King Suite was available but she refused to put me us in it.Also I paid for 2 rooms for that night.There was another lady ay the front desk that tried to show her on the computer that they could put me in the correct room and she told her no and refused to look at what she was showing her. A King Standard wend gor considerably less than $160.Will nit stay at this location again. I want what I paid for. This was unfair and unethical.

Disliked: The tub in our room had rough bumps on the bottom like it was rusted and just painted over. The fridge got warm over night ruining my protein drinks and milk

Disliked: The smell in elevator was horrible. Breakfast was a joke, not much options. One side of building door wasn’t working so had to walk around to access.
