Disliked: The TV was so complicated and the remote did not work well. The pillows were feather and I am allergic to those they should always be an option on the bed with non hypoallergenic

Don't book for the pool...

Disliked: Booked this hotel to be able to use the pool. Could NOT the room temperature in the pool area was kept at 71 degrees. I talked to the maintenance man/ pool guy, and he told me he could not turn it up that regulations per New York state is 71 degrees. That was completely UNTRUE! The minimum is 75 degrees. That is a minimum! Most indoor pool areas are typically kept around 85. The fact the room temperature was only 71 degrees in unacceptable. In my 4 days there, not 1 person was in that pool. I would like some compensation for this issue!
