Everything was wonderful

Liked: Everyone was so helpful and always asking if everyone was ok and enjoying their stay. The hallways were being vacuumed at 8 pm, counters and tables were being wiped after use in the breakfast area. No employee was ever just standing around it was amazing.
Disliked: Our first room by the pool smelled musty but we were moved to another room immediately which was so clean and ready for our stay

Liked: clean,modern, staff friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast area was far too small. The place was very very busy and crowded. The paper plates and plastic utensils were the lowest possible quality. Don't like plastic utensils in any case but these were the worst. Elevators were inadequate for volume of guests. Needs staff elevator.Sorry to complain but you asked.

Comfortable staying with a car

Liked: Clean. Beds are comfortable to sleep. Free parking inside and outside. Friendly staff and convenient breakfast.
Disliked: Tap in the bath was old and very noisy but still working well.
