Liked: Location and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make guests comfortable.
Disliked: It looks like it needs some updating. The shelf that held the microwave in my room was broken, one elevator made terrible noises from the cable above the ceiling, tiles around the pool were dirty and broken (could be weather related from winter).

Liked: It was a good stay for New Year's Eve. It was close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: The windows could have been cleaner. We picked a room with a view of the icon park and the windows were filthy.
