Worst custormer service ever.

Disliked: I had a valid reservation. Confirmed and paid for. My flight was late getting in. I borrowed a phone and called the hotel and told them I was still coming. The front desk tells me we over booked and we are full. No I am so sorry let me help you find something else NOTHING. I traveled all day and am a single older women from out of the country. My phone doesnt work in the US and internet was out at the airport. I was left on my own to find a new hotel late at night in a city I have never been to before. This was by far my worst hotel customer service.
