Hampton inn debacle

Liked: Nothing people that work. There are absolutely the most disrespectful and rude people I have ever met in my life. I had to get a room for a couple of nights because my father passed away in the home. Somebody did something we don't know. We don't our boyfriend figures. However, my dad wanted to be cremated and collectively as a family. We were not ready to do that, but we did proceed with those wishes at the end of his service.
Disliked: I was told when I arrived at the property that I could pay with my phone on my Apple pay or Google wallet. I explained that would be wonderful. Then they told me but before I could do any of that I needed to go book the room to pay for it and then come back over. So I did that to the tune of $135.88. when I got back to the front desk they asked for my identification which I explained. I did not have any more due to the circumstances of what we were going through and you know with with covid etc and some more things that supposedly help and it was touch and go again for several days and the day we brought our son home from the hospital after being there for so long! She's still there & appears to be hungry. He's giving your food what?

Comfortable, clean, pleasant accommodations in...

Disliked: Property under renovation. Glad you are maintaining it. I stayed in a renovated room. Very nicely appointed but paint and plaster overspray and splatter on ceilng walls and floor. Drywall putty on back of bathroom door. Not a horrible job, maybe a B intead of A+. You need to make your contractor live up to Hilton standards. Not a complaint...just an observation. Thank you.

Breakfast Details

Liked: The cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable bed. Location.
Disliked: The flimsy paper plates and plastic ware at breakfast. Real silverware, and you wouldn't need real plates, but a good sturdy paper plate would help immensely. The 3 star hotel breakfast are all typically the same, but when you do the barely little extras, it makes a difference in our hotel choice as we travel 1-2 times a month and an average of 30-40 nights a year. There are 3 stars that do real silverware, plates, coffee cups, multiple protein choices on different mornings, pastries, and we tend to gravitate towards those.
