Liked: The breakfast is always fantastic. Great selection of hot food and cold food options.
Disliked: Unfortunately, this was the 4th time staying here and every time but this one was satisfactory. We came to our bathroom in our room and there were 5-6 black hairs on the floor as well as a clump of hair in the bath tub that my 5 year picked up and handed to me when he was taking a bath. We did tell management and they comped us our whole stay, thankfully. The pool was down but there wasn't a sign on the door so we tried to go swimming and realized the pool was foggy and told management and they said they were waiting on a part and didn't know why the sign was down from the door. Thankfully, we were able to swim at the property next door they owned as well.

Bad

Disliked: Was advised to reservation over the phone day of reservation due to elevator problems. Was told advance payment would be returned but have not seen it yet,

Liked: Kids loved the cheap curtains than a nightlight, traffic roaring up and down the street, the bouncy sub-floor, and they delighted at the sound when the toilet seat slams down.
Disliked: Cheaply built over priced hotel with lipstick. Thin exterior wall and cheap window transmit road noise. Curtains let in ambient light. Bouncy subfloor. Toilet seat slams down. No breakfast to go option for folks with early flights.

Good hotel near the airport

Liked: Clean, great bed and great staff
Disliked: Breakfast could have more options. Due to busy weekend, was severely overpriced. Also, quite far from downtown (30min walk), ie car is needed (uber is fairly available, and i believe the hotel provides shuttle if needed)
