Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast very good. Quiet. Easy access off I35.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The king sized bed was wonderful. I wanted to take the bed spread home with me. The staff was excellent.

Disliked: Carpets are filthy, especially in the elevator, there are stains on the walls in the hallways, the emergency panel in the elevator is broken, the computers were down and they had to take a manually written credit card number which we did not feel comfortable with. The staff was struggling, not friendly, not service focused. The beds were so uncomfortable, the towels were old. Will be sure to never select this hotel again.

Disliked: Reserved 2 queen beds. When i showed up, gave me 1bed only. Because they said system is down for 4 days. And no oter information. When you arrived late, its up to them what to give you. And you have no choice at that time especially if you come with your family. Staff is also another issue. At 9. No any other staff other than front desk girl and she may help if you find her not talking with her family.

Disliked: I booked a room for 2 nights. My 96 year dad was in the Edmond Hospital, he had been admitted for serious health issues. I flew in from Houston to be with my Dad and my sister !!! With the thought that I would need a room for at least two nights. Well my Dad passed away the first night, whichI didn’t need the room anymore since I was able to stay with my Sister in Yukon to help with funeral arrangements. I asked the front desk attendant if I would be able to pay for only one night since I had a death in the family !!! She said NO since I booked the room for 2 nights. I understand the policy for canceling the reservation without a reasonable excuse, I would think the death of your Dad would be an exception. I guess not, the only reason I selected the property was the location to the Hospital and quick access if something went South !! I have been a loyal customer of the Hampton Inn property's for 20 plus years. Not no more, one night credit come on now !!!
