A pleasant stay

Liked: The room was neat and clean. The bed was very large and comfortable. Everything needed was there for a comfortable stay
Disliked: Location: this is not the fault of the hotel. It’s just downtown Oakland. Lots of homeless people outside . There are hardly any incidents that I know of. Just a bit sketchy and felt unsafe. BUT, it was generally ok. And they don’t bother you.

It did the job for...

Liked: The property was close to everything we needed. It was easy for uber drivers to find and pull up right in the front.
Disliked: Even though the inside of the hotel is pet friendly, there was nowhere for my pet to safely use the bathroom. There are two back alley ways that people can stand and smoke in; very uncomfortable and weird.

Liked: Very clean nice property on the inside
Disliked: Stay close to building when outside. They did not have my paid reservation and I had to call customer service at booking.com and it was a hassle
