Disappointing

Liked: Valet parking is unclear and the worse.
Disliked: I continued to ask for a ticket for my valet parking, and they ignored me and would not park my car.

Disappointed

Liked: Close to airport, helpful front desk.
Disliked: Waited over 25 min for shuttle from airport to hotel. Too much money for as old and run down as it was. Our first assigned room smelled like smoke, so they gave us a second room…just an old hotel I think.

Liked: A simple hotel not far from the airport. I initially thought it us inside the airport, which is not the case. Beds were comfortable. There is a shuttle apparently every 30 min (we werent notified of the frequency and took a taxi). Staff was friendly
Disliked: The room stank from smoke, very basic and not very appealing. I expected a bit of a nicer room. Curtain was partially missing and i could use a pull down shade instead in that part. But as you understand the whole place wasn't so well maintained. Breakfast was served in a buffet but the only good thing there to eat was the fruits, all the rest wasn't so good.. oatmeal not tasty, there is some ready made waffle batter which we didn't try. Boiled eggs were cold right from the fridge. Cornflakes and milk were at least basic and nice. Would expect a bit more from a hotel, even though basic, by hilton group. It felt like a cheap motel
