Exceptional

Liked: Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast offerings.

Disappointing

Disliked: pool was out of commission, no mention when the room, was reserved. that was the primary reason for choosing this motel.

Disliked: Didn’t realize extra $60.00 for the pets. No problem paying but needs to be more prominent on Booking .com

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful!
Disliked: The lobby was cold the morning we ate breakfast because the door was opening and closing and the weather was very cold. The heat could have been turned up because of that while we ate breakfast.

Liked: Did not have breakfast. We left at 5:30am.Bed was comfy and the front desk lady was very informative.
Disliked: We did not like paying $60.00 extra for our little dog for one night.Best Western charges $25.00.
