Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was easy to find and close to shopping and venues. We would choose this hotel again!

Liked: Excellent Hotel.
Disliked: Pool was nice but could use a few more lounge chairs for a hotel of that size.

I found that this hotel provided poor customer service, except for Richard, by even having to offer a customer (my family and me) with a confirmed non-smoking room reservation, an "ozoned" room. We will not consider staying at this hotel again, nor recommend it. I am hopeful that Hampton Management will be able to remedy these concerns for future customers, so that they will not experience the same disappointments.

Liked: Richard. He tried his best to meet my family's needs in finding a true non-smoking room, but to no avail. It's sad that earlier Hampton workers had left him in this situation - to try to accommodate unhappy customers at midnight. He really tried his best!
Disliked: I was very disappointed upon arrival to the hotel to find that the non-smoking room that was confirmed for my family and me was not a non-smoking room, but an "ozoned" room. The man who waited on me tried very hard to find a real non-smoking room for me, but could only find another ozoned room. Unfortunately, after driving a good part of the day and attending the concert at Farm Bureau Live, my family was exhausted and it was uncertain that we would be able to find a room for the night at another hotel, so we stayed in the "ozoned" room. The next morning, our clothes reeked of smoke. For someone who has asthma, this was not a pleasant experience. When we went to receive the complimentary breakfast, there was minimal food selection, packed with people and minimal seating (we sat outside, on seats we wiped off from the rain, under an umbrella). When I checked out, the lady at the desk didn't even ask how my stay was and did not give me a receipt. We were very disappointed in our stay at this Hampton, which has not been the norm. All of our many other Hampton experiences have been great!

Liked: It was quiet. remodeled not too long ago. It had two queen beds and it was a little close together
Disliked: Had a nice shower with plenty of pressure. Nice bathroom. Parking was not a problem.

Great Staff, Great Stay!

Liked: Staff was amazing, Rob was my absolute favorite 💗 Chat it up with him on the late night shift, he's got classics 🤭 Hotel and area nice and quiet. Easy access to the airport and beach. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and greeted me with a smile! If I needed or asked for something, it was quickly resolved with a smile. The customer service here, is what is missing from a lot of other places ☺️ I really appreciated being able to sync my electronics to the TV wirelessly, too. That was super convenient and a game changer for solo travelers doing their own hair and makeup! #Iykyk
Disliked: The leftover shoe in my room beside the bed, the coffee bar not being stocked, someone else's hair in the bathtub, Pillows smelled of someone else's hair products and sweat 😑

Liked: I stay here once a month and it is usually nice and staff are friendly.
Disliked: When I checked and went to my room I noticed there was no toilet paper. I opened and used the box of tissues on the sink, but toilet paper should have been refilled when the room was prepared. Later on I noticed, while taking a shower, there was no body wash the bottle was empty. When I went down stairs I advised the front desk of these issue. The receptionist provided a roll of toilet paper but was unsure of what to do about the body wash. I told her that I didn't need it that night but to please have it noted to be replaced the next day because I am staying another night. After returning from work on day 2 and getting ready for bed the body wash was not refilled. I went downstairs and receptionist advised he would find some and bring it to my room. A few min later he did bring a new bottle and replace the body wash and was very friendly. I should not have to request toilet paper and should not have to request body wash twice.
