Front desk team member.

Liked: Convenience to Rock Church for event. Comfortable bed. Coffee/hot water for tea always available in lobby.
Disliked: No room attention the 4 days we were there, unless we asked for it. Air conditioner.

Disliked: The door to the room was very heavy and difficult to open, especially for a extra mobility unit. Also, the one chair was low and difficult to get out of.
