Liked: The room was clean and beds were comfy.
Disliked: The bathtub was backed up, the green flashing light from the smoke detector made sleep impossible, I had to beg for towels and the bath tub to be fixed. I was finally handed towels on the third day. I asked for beds to be made, it didn’t happen. Also, the pool was so cold and dirty that I had to get right out. I told several different people about the flashing light and bathtub, but neither were ever fixed. Keep in mind this was a $250/night stay in Niles which is extremely high for the area. I felt very ripped off.

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, nice clean breakfast area, really great breakfast. The beds were so comfortable! Best night sleep at a hotel in awhile.

Disliked: When you think about a Hampton Inn, I guess you expected to be some what perfect. Unfortunately it just seemed like this hotel just needed a total deep, clean on all the rooms. The rooms were clean, not or anything like that, but it doesn’t seem as if things were actually cleaned with cleaning products as a hotel should be especially if you’re paying $158 for one night. There was pink mildew in our bathroom just seems like the rooms were just straightened up not actually cleaned. 🧼 specifically the bathrooms doesn’t even seem like the shower has been cleaned with cleaning products correctly in a while.

Good for a quick trip.

Liked: Friendly staff, breakfast set up was clean and fresh, coffee available 24/7.
Disliked: Beds weren't comfortable, pillows flat, no towels or body wash, but housekeeping fixed that.
