Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating.The overall cleanliness and welcoming environment from checkin thru checkout is one reason I would choose this location again.
Disliked: I would have preferred a room closer to the elevator.

Simply wonderful and peaceful while...

Liked: Loved the private parking and worth the extra charge. The balcony was perfect to end our evening .
Disliked: More organic choices at breakfast.

Liked: AC was so noisy - we can’t even sleep due to this.

Great hotel in the Big...

Liked: I liked the location to French Quarters and restaurants. The hotel lobby and our roomwere clean. And the free breakfast was a bonus!

Disliked: Limited breakfast staff keeps bacon for self pillows were flat i never had a hotelmwith bad pillows until now house keeping cleaned when I was in the room and only did the minimum alot of kids running wile.had fo have security

It was an incredible experience...

Liked: How clean everything was! The breakfast was good, the parking garage was connected to the building and it was walking distance to the French market!
Disliked: There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.
