Disliked: The non easy of paying at the property. Like a harassment thing. I never that problem through booking ever. So weird experience

Great location and superior customer...

Liked: The customer service was amazing. Went above and beyond for us with any questions or requests, gave us the weekend newspapers from the whole weekend with Taylor on them ☺️

Disliked: My initial fully paid 4 night stay was cancelled despite my specifically calling to tell them I'd be checking in a day late, and when I was given a different room after arriving, an ozone machine was blasting for who knows how long, and I had to sit and wait with the door propped open and the ac blasting for 2 hours for that gas to clear out.

We really enjoyed our stay…..

Liked: Convenience, large spacious rooms, microwave, refrigerator, service of the everything….. I’m so appreciative of them texting to check on us…. We only text for towels and I declare they were at our door within 5 mins with them…. About 5 or 6 elevators so no wait time….
Disliked: Small bathroom & vanity area but still doesn’t take completely away from this location…
