A bit disappointing

Disliked: Hampton Inn used to be a really wonderful place. This one was being renovated and that was all fine. However, where Hampton is falling down..towels are rough, pillows are hard (used to be lovely), mattress is not nearly as comfy as in the past.

Liked: Newly renovated rooms with Outstanding staff when checking in.
Disliked: All was good

Liked: The staff was friendly and despite construction the room was quiet and clean. There was a very good breakfast as well.

Disliked: Hotel is under construction..should be on website. Dust everywhere. Asthmatic person in room pillows were paper thin. Watched a construction worker load the elevator in a cloud of dust. Bathrooms are dirty. We had 3 parties in our group, we all had and saw this. Stains in our tubs. Filthy!

Very good value for the...

Liked: Breakfast selection was amazing. Facility was very clean. Easy to check in and check out. Very accessible from the highway. Bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water. Parking was very easy.
Disliked: The PTAC in the room clicked on and off a lot. The TV turned on and off a lot. That was it. Everything else was very good.
