Liked: The shuttle service was outstanding. I didn't have to take an uber to my conference, neither to the airport. They were quick to take to the conference, and pick me up when I finished.
Disliked: They didn't have a restaurant to eat.

Liked: The hotel was super clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Rooms were extra large, beds very comfortable, breakfast very tasty. There was one lady working and she could use some help. She was doing it all ( cooking, filling the breakfast food, clearing tables, empty trash). That is just too much for one person. Free parking close to hotel. Easy to get into town or to airport. We didn’t use the shuttle but heard from others they were prompt and safe. The best shower stall I’ve seen in a long time. I’m already planning to stay again later in the year.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The a accommodation were clean & comfortable& the breakfast was amazing, including the hostess who organizes the breakfast was so friendly and helpful

Liked: Everything was great. Definitely a new favorite hotel when in Nashville. Very comfortable bed. Very nice sized shower. Very low noise close to the airport.
Disliked: My only disappointment was Sunday breakfast didn't have the strawberry waffles. Also would be nice to have six pillows on a king bed but not a big deal to not have the extra two pillows. But everything was still great even though I had a couple small disappointments.

Disliked: 2 days no orange juiceCleaning the room only once in 2 days and didnl let us no so no towls the 2nd day,and al lines on phone were buisy so i have to go and get my self towls.Hotel before they put 4 towls so there was no problemThey doesnt have a map of the cityVery disappointing Hampton inn!!!
