Perfect in every way!

Liked: This is a perfect location to get to/from the airport and it’s a short ride to downtown as well as to the Opry. I want to especially thank Terrence at the front desk, Mr. James and Mr. Miller for being such kind staff who really made our trip enjoyable. We bothered them a lot ☺️

Great customer service!

Liked: As soon as we stepped into the hotel, the staff was attentive and friendly! They were having their Christmas party and the lobby was so festive. I loved seeing all of their happy faces greeting us. And when my son got sick and we had to cut our trip short, they were so understanding and kind. Their customer service was excellent and I will be staying again as well as recommending this hotel to any family and friends that are staying in the area.
Disliked: I honestly don't have a complaint but if I have to have one, the elevator did make a weird noise but I'm very wary of elevators so that is more on me than the hotel or staff.

Liked: Clean, good size room, excellent attention, good info from the receptionist about the events in the city. I love they have a shuttle service to take you to the downtown.
Disliked: I would like they have a restaurant for a better breakfast.
