Upsetting

Liked: The pool area was nice and the breakfast in the morning was good value.
Disliked: First we paid for a room that we were told had a pull out sofa for our daughter. Instead we were given an air mattress that deflated on her so she woke up on the floor in the middle of the night. The king bed was hard to the point we didn’t sleep either. We checked out a whole day early as we didn’t sleep and neither did our daughter and we were not going to make her try and sleep on the floor again after paying what we were charged for this room. All we were told is bookings won’t change the description of the room and none of their rooms have pull out sofas. Paying for two nights and only being able to stay for one with no remorse from staff was a hard pill to swallow.

Location was great, price was...

Liked: Location, location, location. It was right up the street from convention I went to. Price was right too. Everybody else wanted a double.
Disliked: Breakfast. Horrible!!!! One feeds that kind of stuff to the pigs!!!! If you want to achieve nirvana in this area from customers, look at breakfast offerings from hotels in Erurope!!! FRESH scrambled eggs, NOT from a box!!!!!! FRESH sauseges, FRESH fruit and cheeses, FRESH BREAD, NOT stale cardboard stuff, etc, etc. American hotels need are WAY behind in quality of breakfast.

Good comfortable stay

Liked: Access to gym, a large front lobby lounge area, complimentary tea and coffee. Staff were very friendly. Overall good breakfast
