Great place to stay, excellent...

Liked: Front desk Chris was excellent and extremely helpful! Room was nice and comfortable. We were right next to ice machine which was very loud. No other issues.

Good

Disliked: Fitness centre and hot tub closed and not disclosed before arrival. Not noted on website. I mainly chose the property for these things.Breakfast food is very good but there was an appalling amount of plastic and paper garbage created. Even salt and pepper are disposable!

Disliked: Hot tub broke the day we got there, it would have been nice if we had been told the gym was being torn out and renovated, a few days before. We packed our gym clothes and were looking forward to using it. One of reasons we chose the location was the gym and hot tub.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Having coffee and fruit available was nice.
Disliked: We booked this hotel because it had a whirlpool. We discovered after we went down to the pool, that it had been broken for a while. The front desk soothed us by saying that they sent out a work order to fix it, after we pointed it out. Even though it was expressed to us that it hasn’t been working for a while. (Air leak somewhere in the line)The steeplechase was wide open in our bathroom, in our hotel room. The door looked like it was taken off and never replaced, as the door to it was broken.
