Very good
Liked: Very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Really liked our stay.
Disliked: You charged us for a jacuzzi King suite and they don’t have them anymore. I personally think booking overcharged us. They really need to upgrade their bedding. The bed was very comfortable but the fitted sheet only covered the mattress about 1 inch and they had a waterproof sheet under the fitted sheet that kept bunching up. Sheets were not soft at all like you expect from a Hampton inn.

We had a great week...
Liked: The hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: They need to upgrade their bedding. Our king sheets only went down maybe an inch over the mattress. Then they had a waterproof sheet under that. The fitted sheet kept coming off and the waterproof sheet kept bunching up. Your sheets used to be so soft and now they are not. Very disappointing.

Worst Hampton experience of my...
Liked: Staff incredibly rude. Someone used their key sets and entered our room at midnight. When my husband called from desk, he was told there’s only 1 person here on staff and we need to bring key cards down to desk to get them them rekeyed. We were in bed. She did come bring us new cards, and said we hadn’t closed our door properly. The next morning upon checkout, Kim said there was nothing she could do and Manager was supposed to be there between 9-9:30. We checked out of room 104 at 11:00 and manager still was not there. I called Monica, the manager, and left voice mail to complain. She never returned my call. This is the WORST HAMPTON EXPERIENCE I have ever had. I stay exclusively at Hampton, but will not in the future. This was a horrible experience made worse by staff that did not do anything but say there was nothing they could do.
Disliked: Staff that cared. A manager on site.
