Only there 1 night but...

Liked: Always enjoy the breakfast and the dining area. So pleasant and clean.Checked in about 4pm. Desk gentleman friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Location was next to a nice shopping center with variety of stores.

Liked: Staff great! Room was terrible,no heat the first night,they had to replace the unit twice extremely inconvenient! Just made a mess! The first room had a dead bug in it as well as something on the sheet had them exchange room, then the problem began! Never again!

Disliked: Breakfast - very poor. Out of most items at 8amRoom - smelled bad, musty, moldy. No hand soap in room. Used body wash instead, then that ran out because it was almost empty. Food bits on carpet in 2 places. Shower curtain liner only. Water goes onto floor
