Loved our mountain getaway.

Liked: Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

I would definintley stay again...

Liked: The breakfast was great, staff very friends, and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: A little too pricey - would have liked something maybe $20 cheaper per night for our budget.

We slept okay but facility...

Liked: Breakfast was fine, the hotel was shabby and really, really dirty. The elevators were gross. Our room had mold in bathroom, the sink was full of last guests hair, the floor was not vacuumed, it had loose debris throughout carpet.
Disliked: Clean your facility!

Passable

Liked: It's less than a mile from Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino if that's what you're in the area for.
Disliked: The front desk attendant was gone for close to an hour although he did have a sign stating "he'll be right back". My party and another person waiting to check in had to wait.The rooms are very dated and the hallways smell old and has a mildew type odor.

Liked: The room could I have much cleaner. The ice bucket tray was really dirty a d the tv screen was dirty. They need to use oxygen for the sheets on the bed. They were old looking and off white. Their towels could use oxygen clean also.
