Liked: The woman behind the counter that worked was Fantastic and so accommodating. She was very professional and exceptionally good with all the children. Amazing customer service and very supportive. I believe her name was Lydia.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: Very clean facility. Mattresses were in good, mostly clean condition. No bed bugs in our room, and breakfast had multiple quality choices. Best hotel breakfast I've had in awhile.
Disliked: Elevator didn't work, so it was difficult for my senior father to go up and down the stairs. Also, although breakfast was good, the night before, the front desk staff said there would be a make-your-own omelet station, which my family was looking forward to. When we got downstairs tge next morning, we were told they wouldn't have it that day after all.

Liked: I was very disappointed.There was not much I liked about my stay other than the staff that checked me in, which was very polite and apologetic for the long wait.
Disliked: The elevator was broken and did not work, So we had to use the stairs.!! The hotel stairwells and the continental breakfast area needed to be cleaned, and the hotel smelled like marijuana.
