Great but hot

Liked: The property was great the breakfast was not good and our room was hot.

Probably wont stay here again......

Liked: The heated indoor pool was the only thing that was nice.
Disliked: Parking was not convenient for guests with a boat. The parking lot area was also very dark. It needs some lighting. The breakfast was not good at all and the staff seemed to have other things to do besides help you. Finally, I was charged 25.00 more on my credit card than what my invoice stated. Overall, Not our best fishing trip stay!

Will be back.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Hoping for biscuits and gravy but it wasnt bad overall
Disliked: Alcohol should not be allowed in pool area. My grandson, 3, was trying to enjoying himself at the pool and there was a large group of people with cases of beer drunk and loud.

Not a comfortable experience

Disliked: This was our second time to stay here. Each time there was a problem. This time the toliet would not flush. No hot water.

Liked: The staff was friendly especially housekeeping and breakfast was delicious soft Hampton Inn beds beside that it wasn't up to Hilton standard
Disliked: The room was cleaned but was handicap room holes under carpet, Safety Lock didn't match up so you couldn't lock it light switch was upside down lights wall plug went all the way in bathroom railing safety railing ran downhill hot water took almost 22 minutes to get warm Lobby hardwood floor moved when you walked on it. They was remodeling on first floor so maybe they hadn't been to the 2nd floor room 203 yet I don't know but it's wasn't worth the price for 2 nights because it didn't meant the Hilton standard or what I was expecting in a Hampton Inn room to look like also advertised roll alway bed but wasn't in room so made the best of it without.
