Disliked: Did not clean the rooms daily, the bed was too firm, and too pricey.

Nice facility with nice stsff.

Liked: Great value. Very nice staff and breakfast fine, but could have included more fresh fruit.Shower pressure was weak.

These beds are too springy...

Liked: They changed the beds and bedding since last time we stayed as confirmed with staff.. And we have stayed here at least half a dozen times .. the beds are no longer comfortable and the bedding is not soft.

It was 'okay', but overpriced.

Liked: The location of the hotel wasn't bad.
Disliked: For $300 a night, I expected a much nicer place. I've always stayed at Hampton Inn because their beds are comfortable and the comforters usually feel like the finest cotton. These beds were NOT comfortable, and the comforter had some raised pattern that made them uncomfortable. The facility itself was clean, but I choose a hotel based on comfort, and I did not find that here. Also, the USB chargers between the beds didn't work, so I woke up with a phone that was almost dead. And the breakfast was less than desirable. Not a great selection - what I'd expect at a much cheaper hotel.

Liked: This was a very quiet, clean hotel, friendly staff, enjoyed the free breakfast also ... it was a great location , close to all amenities, town center
Disliked: No complaints !

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional, a very sweet elderly lady former nurse from up north was attentive and forthcoming help and -cheerful. Front desk well tended and patient, i.e. understanding and accommodating Notes from cleaning lady to welcome Laundry room. Fresh fruit coffee tea cookies during the day as well
