Our stay was Comfortable and...

Liked: We had an excellent stay. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: To save space, a barn door was installed for the bathroom and closet. If someone was coming out of the bathroom, anyone standing at the closet was hit by the door. The breakfast was unremarkable, the eggs were just bad. I don't think this is the fault of this property but that of the chain. As Hampton Inns go, the one at Mt Dors was the best I've ever seem.

Great experience! I would book...

Liked: Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!! Beds are firm!

Uncomfortable due to odor.

Liked: Close to amenities and downtown. Staff was great.
Disliked: Our room smelled like marijuana and previous tenants covered the smoke alarm. Staff wasn’t able to do much but give us febreeze. Not their fault. They were very pleasant and apologetic.

Disliked: Bike is exercise room was broken.The pool had ZERO heat - don’t be so cheap.

Great until a got double...

Liked: I was charge by the facility as well as booking.com. I paid for one room to booking.com on 12/27/24 I had one confirmation # and one pin # . When I arrived they alleged I had two rooms. So I subsequently paid the property as well as booking.com . What a shady way to do business. Iam someone to credit me
Disliked: Paid twice . One room One night night. One person. My daughters wedding in Mount Dora that day.
