Unsatisfactory
Disliked: Normally and good experience but this time there was no hot water from the shower nor sink. They showered dripped all night and had the bathroom floor soaking wet and I was unable to close the shower because the sliding door was broken. Went to the front desk for assistance but they would not make any accommodations due to booking through a third party.

Liked: The staff was great.
Disliked: This place is REALLY run down and needs work. The room stunk. It was heavy duty clorox on top of nondescript funk.The room was kinda gross. I don't blame it on poor housekeeping because it's that so old and dingy you can't get it clean like a really old T shirt. Just toss it and buy a new one. No water provided for the in room coffee maker. Rusty light fixtures, upside down lampshades, stained wall, nasty desk, sticky carpet, weird too small for the sink bathroom faucet so you couldn't wash your hands without hitting the sink and this room was $177.+ for 1 night.

Great front desk staff during...
Liked: Location was good. Right off the highway, next to restaurant options and a gas station. Breakfast was pretty good and the connecting room with extended family was convenient.
Disliked: I wasn’t fond of the color scheme in the room but, of course, that’s personal preference. It just made it feel dark and gloomy. Also, the property was experiencing some a/c issues so the hallways and common areas were quite warm and stuffy during the day. Check in and check out times were not updated online or on the in-room signage.
