My stay at the hotel...

Liked: The accommodations for us and our pet were all we expected. The staff was pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: All four pillows on each bed were the same. Very soft and not supportive. Im used to having two soft and two medium firm pillows per bed. It's nice to have the option being everyone doesn't prefer soft pillows.

Liked: The staff, the room, the breakfast, the entire stay was excellent as always.
Disliked: We had hope to get a room with a walk in shower due to the fact I had been in an accident.

Disliked: The pet fee of $75 per pet is outrageous and was not transparent as it was in the small teeny print. When people book their room it should be included rather than be burdened with an additional $150 fee after only paying like $160 for room, fees and taxes. I arrived thinking I’ve paid and got hit with essentially the doubling of cost for my 8 hours of sleep. Transparent fees, so people can choose upfront where is the best value for themselves and their pets. Not “pet friendly”
