I would stay again because...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Gentleman working the area was very attentive to everyone and the area was spotless! Key to room didn’t work when checking in. An employee on the floor let me in the room and helped me with luggage while husband went to have key redone.
Disliked: Door stuck. Hallways were not clean.

Liked: The front desk allowed us to check in early because I had spent 7days at Ruby hospital with my mother in MICU
Disliked: No laundry facilities

Excellent stay, good price and...

Liked: We stayed after an unexpected emergency surgery at Ruby. The hotel was close to where we needed to be the next day. The room was clean and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was really nice and the food good. Would definitely stay again.

Stay was good, but nothing...

Liked: Breakfast was above average, but not as much variety as other Hampton Inns. Location is very convenient to the university.
Disliked: Rooms seemed smaller and dated. Bathroom did not have towel bars which seemed odd. Not much lighting in the room and then a bulb was found burned out.
