Liked: Nice place nice building very good breakfast nice staff!
Disliked: The shower drain was clogged, we asked twice to have someone come and no one came, so when we couldn’t shower, the corridors were full of towels and food even puke….

Great location, plenty of choices...

Liked: Location was good right next to Chinatown (loads of places to eat here, great atmosphere especially in the evenings) and close by to Le Vieux Montreal and nearby metro station. Reception staff were very helpful and very friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices all self service which is fine but a bit hectic with loads of people all dining at the same time. The waiting staff did a grand job of keeping the area clean and tidy and topping up where needed.
Disliked: Although my room was large with king size bed my view was into other rooms of the hotel which I didn't like.

A delicious and warm experience...

Liked: Delicious warm croissants for breakfast that were a little piece of heaven! The location was a perfect walking distance to the old Montréal attractions. Friendly staff who were very open to our specific needs. Oh and a delicious restaurant that you could access straight from the hotel lobby with no need to step out into the cold streets as we arrived late at night.
