It was a pleasant experience,...

Exceptional Customer Service

Liked: We had one hiccup upon check in Saturday night. However in the morning the front desk representative Lisa addressed and resolved the issue. The room, facility, and breakfast were all great. I need to thank Lisa again, because had she not resolved our issue, then my review would not be as positive.
