Disliked: Breakfast had almost nothing. When asked, the worker said "The manager still needs to order stuff." I accidently left a pair of pants there -- yeah, it's my fault for doing that. They said they had my clothes. When I went to pick up my pants, they couldn't find them -- was told the manager would call me that day. Manager never called me.I have called 10 times. Each time, I'm told I would get a call later in the day. They've never called me back. I've even shown up at the hotel and been told that I would receive a call within 24 hours. They've simply never called.Fine, you stole or lost my pants. Just own up to it. Don't keep telling me you'll call me and never call. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
