Perfect place to stay

Liked: It was conveniently located with free parking. Pleasant welcome by front desk staff. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had good food selections.

Just stay at Hampton Inn

Liked: The receptionist Jarya( i did not spell that right; I apologize) she was on 12/25 at 3pm. She is such an asset to your hotel. Do not lose her. Friendly, professional, and caring. An exceptional employee.
Disliked: Really liked everything. Hampton Inn hotels are the only ones I stay in when I travel. Thats if they are available. Love them, I'm never disappointed. Especially the one in Salem, MA.

Associates that don't want to...

Liked: The location was decent.
Disliked: I asked for extra pillows, towels, TP several times by phone and on their "text assistance program for service "and I was ignored or told they would get it to me and never did. When I 1st checked in. The clerk was there talking with an mantainance associate and walked away from me as I was waiting to check in. Got on the elevator and didn't comeback for 10 minutes. Did not apologize at all. (we drove for 8 hours and stuck in NJ, NY and CT traffic jams for 2 hours extra)The room service associate came in our room to clean and only gave us 1 towel and took 6 towels with her. Did not replace TP I asked her in the hallway and I was told "they ran out" I have back issues as well and the beds were hard as a rock. The front desk sent 4 wrong numbers to our room phone!!Unless they are willing to redeem themselves and fix these issues and give us a free 3 night stay. Don't think we will return!
