Superb

Liked: The staff was friendly & the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The bed was squeaky when we moved at night, it sounded like the platform needed to have the screws tightened, or something.

Great location and Staff but...

Disliked: No Safe inside the rooms , this is a Hotel with many guest are Cruise Ships travelers and a Safe is s MUST while touring Miami , nowadays is not a luxury is part of a NICE HOTEL

An annoying and disappointing stay....

Disliked: Shuttle service sucks - they don't tell you it runs once an hour, and that you have to request it for pick up. Indifferent staff, didn't respond to emails, didn't care we got stuck at the airport.
