Great place to stay

Liked: The staff were amazing. Travis was extremely helpful in getting us checked in and set up with a ride to the cruise port. The hotel was located near several restaurants.

It was fantastic.

Liked: Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. The person behind the desk called me by name. We had 3 rooms and they put us all together. We arrived 1 hour before check in time but our rooms were ready and didn't have to pay extra. The location was also great.
Disliked: Nothing! It was all great.

Good stay!

Liked: The hotel itself was very nice. We stayed here the night before our cruise. The breakfast was decent and the room was comfy. I appreciated the 2 bottles of water at check-in as well.
Disliked: The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was appreciated BUT, it was a very long wait and the drive time was long. We also had bought the transfer to the port the next morning and that took forever waiting for it to arrive at the hotel. They use a 3rd party. We ended up calling for a rideshare because it took so long. Also the immediate area is just ok. We looked for food nearby and luckily found a Cane's chicken within walking distance.
