Disliked: The free shuttle didn't come when it was supposed to, to pick us up at the airport so we waited for 45 to 50 minutes and ended up getting a taxi for $25 out of pocket. We waited about 15 more minutes in front of the counter to check in because the elevators were down and the key card service was down so they had to manually walk everybody up to their rooms which isn't the fault of the staff but it was just really inconvenient after a long day of traveling.

Disliked: The pool did not work. We were traveling to Florida from Indiana and would have liked a pool to relax in.

Clean

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and facility were clean. Enjoyed the breakfast options. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Can't get closer to the...

Liked: This is 15 minutes from the airport and they have a free shuttle that runs frequently.
Disliked: A little on the expensive side.

Nice place to stay before...

Liked: The room was nice sized, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was out of commission so we had to take an uber. Would have been nice for the hotel to let us know instead of telling us the shuttle was on its way.
