Disliked: Refrigerator was working very noisy (the compressor is required to be replaced)The A/C fan was very noisy (hopefully it was not summer time, shut it down)Water pressure is quite low and shower heads are required to be replaced

Liked: Transportation from the airport. A good breakfast with a variety of options.
Disliked: Our blinds would not go up or down and the curtain was broken and didn’t move

Good Size Room with Good...
Liked: Loved the breakfast. Rom was big. Location was great for freeway access.
Disliked: We had a couple of major issues with cleanliness. The manager on duty tried to compensate but even so the experience did affect our stay. :(

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There is an outside company that will shuttle you to the port, and the desk staff was very helpful with setting it up.
Disliked: The location is right next to the airport and it can be so loud that you can hear them all night in your room. The noise also makes it hard to enjoy the outside spaces. The location is not within walking distance to restaurants or bars. The pillows were miserable small and flattened out the minute you laid your head on them. I had asked for 2 more pillows at the front desk, and they said housekeeping would bring them up once his break was over. I never got extra pillows
