Disliked: Our tv didn’t work. No blankets or pillows for the hide a bed. Called the front desk about the tv and blankets and pillows and they said they would come up. Never did.

A rocky start at checkin...

Disliked: Arrived for checkin only to be told that room was not ready due to limited housekeepers. Had to wait 90 minutes for room which we had booked online. Also, men.s room and breakfast area had workers doing sheetrock repairs. Had to use a private room bathroom down hall for men's room.

Liked: The rooms were a nice size. Everything was clean
Disliked: Although check in time was at 3pm, our room was not ready until almost 6pm. After driving all day we just wanted to relax in our room. We had to sit around in the lobby. We certainly would have made reservations elsewhere if we had known. There's so many other hotels in the area. We should have at least gotten a little discount on the room since it was so late.
