In all, a great stay....

Liked: Many things, first being that I can bring a pet.
Disliked: Two small things……I arrived at 2:30 and was told I “could’nt” check in till 3:00. Ok…… Another couple arrived at 2:50 and was told the same thing. When 3:00 arrived and new staff was at the desk, she found a computer problem. Obviously the first staff member didn’t want to deal with the problem and left it for the next shift. Couldn’t there have been two chairs in my room?
