Breakfast needs improvement. Staff need...
Liked: Horrible. Very little protein choices. Other Hamptons have more choices.
Disliked: Arrival…front desk employee Troy was not welcoming and his attitude seemed to me, was that he could care less if we were going to stay there or not. Rudely asked for credit card, when I did inquire know wether to tap or slide, his answer was curt. There was more interaction back and forth which I don’t need to go into here. At one point I told him needed to be less rude and more kind. We stayed at a Hampton in Tigor, OR a week before and I complimented the front desk clerk how nice she was. Wow…what a complete difference.We expect more from the Hilton hotels.

I had never been to...
Liked: The staff was wonderful, helpful and professional. I have stayed at very few Hilton properties and was impressed. Very clean, rooms were spacious and there were decent areas for pets with supplies needed. I was placed with consideration on the first floor closer to the back door for easy access to the pet area. Kudo’s to Troy at the front desk. When I packed up to leave the breakfast bar had closed. I was hoping to make it before that due to a long drive on the road. He very graciously went to the back and brought out a bag with the bagel I was hoping for with jam, as well as a carefully wrapped apple and water. Such a sweet gesture. I want to also provide a BIG SHOUT OUT to Marcy for helping me with an item I had left behind to ensure that I had it overnighted to my next destination. She went way beyond the call of duty to help. What really stood out to me was that she was also in the middle of conducting a property tour, so to go all the way to the Fed Ex location and making the time to do this made it all the more appreciated. I was beyond grateful to her. I have been in the industry myself for 25+ years and recognize excellence when I see it. We called it White Glove Service which is what your staff at this location provided. THANK YOU!!
Disliked: Very noisy in my room which was on the first floor. I did not expect total silence by any means but the walls next to me and floors above appeared to have no insulating factors to help muffle any sounds at all. Very loud. There were only 2 Bell Carts. I had to wait for one to be available. The front desk clerk that evening (Theresa) was kind enough to hunt one down for me. My suggestion would be to purchase several more. There seemed to be a definite need with non stop check ins.
