The worst experience we have...

Liked: Was subjected to the rudest and insulting treatment by the desk clerk. Tried to explain a serious problem concerning my husband and his severe claustrophobia to a 3 rd floor room whose windows do not open. She was very dismissive of his condition. My husband lost his patience and explained it was due to his military experience. Needed to cancel the reservation for that night and the rest of the stay. She refused to call the manager, and when I told her I would take it up with my Credit Card company, she actually said we were going to commit fraud, and then proceeded to tell us to leave, if not she would call the police. We left, and I contacted booking.com to explain the reason for needing to cancel. They were very accommodating and did cancel the rest of the booking. I did pay for one night, even though we could not stay.. we went to another hotel. I tried to contact the manager twice the next day, but she never returned my call. I then contacted Hilton HQ Customer service and reported the incident to them. As of today April 7, I have not heard rom anyone in management. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in all of my travels. We have traveled both in the US and Europe since 2010, and have never encountered anything like we were subjected to by your staff member. I will never set foot in a Hampton Inn again, unless I am issued an apology from your company. Further, I feel we should be compensated for this horrible experience.

Liked: The negative was the placement of our room-behind the elevator and mechanical room. The spinning of the washing machine at 1240am vibrated my belongings off the nightstand. Would never stay in 338 again!

Liked: Friday and Saturday the staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was great, and the staff in the breakfast area was very kind the entire stay.
Disliked: The room was not very clean, like the towels were sloppily piled on each other and there was no garbage bags in the garbages. And it was not very clean. Then Sunday, the front desk staff was kinda rude and there was a fake service dog in the breakfast area and that was gross…

Overall good experience.

Liked: Very friendly staff, facility clean. Great breakfast provided.
Disliked: Had two cats either us, realized there would be a fee, expecting $30 but it was $75. Should have that info on the website to avoid surprises. Had a nice pool indoors, website said they had a pool and spa, assumed there would be a hot tub, but none. Was looking forward to a hot tub soak after driving 13 hours.
