Liked: I like the fact that I had more amenities in my room than the Sheraton bay front in Erie.

Very relaxing, comfortable and clean.

Liked: The location met our needs perfectly. The breakfast was wonderful fully stocked and great food with lots of options. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again. All staff we had encountered was extremely helpful and super nice.
Disliked: There really wasn't anything that we did not like during out stay.

I enjoyed my stay minus...

Liked: Quiet location. Very clean, staff was very helpful. Even had hot chocolate which is a plus as I am allergic to coffee so it was nice to have something warm to drink on chilly night. Loved how early and late the pool area was opened. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was. The room was very comfortable. The staff was also very accommodating with our service dog.
Disliked: Went to the pool once to find a lady with a dog in the pool area not in the water that I saw. Another lady allowed her child to pee on the floor near the pool seating. Didn’t bother to stop the child or to clean up the mess. Kids were in the hot tub and running wild through out the pool area.

Disliked: When I initially arrived the guy on duty was not customer friendly AT ALL.
