Liked: Loved how they had the hotel breakfast, and the hotel was in a convenient location
Disliked: Even though the place was clean there was still room for a more thorough cleaning. But I will definitely stay there again

Disliked: Pool was closed. Staff said pool closes after Labor Day. This info was NOT posted anywhere. Outside temps during our stay were 85 degrees. Staff opened the pool for us, but the pool itself was disgustingly dirty with bugs in it.

Disliked: I never stayed at this hotel in August! I was on a trip in OH from 8/2 to 8/5 and stayed at a Super8 during that time. I just got my credit card statement and this hotel charged me $166.61 for a stay I never made. I will be calling the hotel to get my money back.The ONLY time I have stayed there so far was in May 2024.
