Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The staff was rude at check in. Forced to put deposit down after I already paid for my room ahead of time - was told this is for damages. Never ever had to do that at a Hampton Inn before. The bathroom was dirty and our room wasn’t even ready at promise time. Lady at check out was rude about getting my deposit back and said your bank will credit it. My bank processed the charge instead of this being a hold.

ANNOYING

Disliked: We traveled with a pet (dog) and the fee of $75.00 was RIDICULOUS. This represented a 50% upcharge to the cost of the room and Booking.com did not provide the pet fees. If I had known, I wouldn't have made this reservation.
