Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The staff was rude at check in. Forced to put deposit down after I already paid for my room ahead of time - was told this is for damages. Never ever had to do that at a Hampton Inn before. The bathroom was dirty and our room wasn’t even ready at promise time. Lady at check out was rude about getting my deposit back and said your bank will credit it. My bank processed the charge instead of this being a hold.

Liked: Had an extremely difficult scheduling with this hotel due to third party sources. I will however say that when I arrived, a lovely front desk AM employee by the name of Patricia made things so much better. She was genuine, accommodating, and turned the entire experience around during my stay. Well played ma’am, thank you for the hospitality!
