Liked: Grounds are well kept. Building was well tended. Room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and kind. Overall rating is A-!
Disliked: Would have preferred housekeeping came daily. On day 2 of our 3 day stay, there was a loud noise like a power saw being used 3 doors down and across the hall that disturbed my wife and caused a disturbance in the television. This continued for the better part of the day.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff I spoke with at front desk Chad, Caren and Jennifer were helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The overall cleanliness of rooms/shower could have been better. Desk chair had crackers and other food particles in it. Floor had remnants of cut toe/fingernail clippings as well as other debris in corners. Window sill and drapery had dog hairs on them. The difference in what I would be charged/refunded between what was told to me by staff was vexing as well. While I understand the stay was during a holiday and housekeeping isn’t an easy job ( room checks should be done prior to patron stay) and was limited, the pricing should reflect not only a comfortable but clean stay even with discounts and switching to another room some of the issues were still present.

Liked: Hot eggs, wish there had been some biscuits and not bread from a bag to go with it.
Disliked: There wasn't much choice at all, especially for someone with food allergies.

Overall great overnight stay

Liked: The breakfast was great, the water pressure was good, the beds were extremely comfortable and clean.
Disliked: nothing bad to report

Very dirty and would not...

Liked: Nothing! Was very disappointed in our stay.
Disliked: Hotel in general was dirty! We were on the third floor and had to walk up and down the entire time because the elevator did not work. The room smelled of mildew and weed. Our room was dirty, with dust, dirt and hair that didn’t belong to us on pillows. Bedding and the toilet seat. There were stains all over the walls, baseboards and ceiling. The hallway leading to our room had ceiling tiles that were missing and there were stains all over the carpet and walls. This is not a place I would stay again nor would I ever recommend it.
