Nice Hotel but Overly Priced.

Liked: Some of employees were very friendly and the location was convenient to my event.
Disliked: Overly priced for the location. The Hampton, Inn Collinsville, Va is the most expensive hotel in the area.

Liked: we were visiting family and have stayed here before. we always stay at Hampton Inns. they are exceptional.

Liked: It’s our go to when we race in the area. Love it in the summer time. Breakfast was wonderful as usual
Disliked: Bed was very squeaky, like couldn’t find a quiet spot to lay. Needs replaced. Staff in check was ok but leaving no one was found. Price form hotel is always so high

Disliked: The smell in the lobby smelled like old molded furniture. A nice fragrance will give customers a better impression of the hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was decent. Typical continental fair. enjoyed the pancake machine.
Disliked: we had to change rooms. the first room had a wet carpet that extended half of the room due to a leaky a/c unit. Then thesecond room we got into had a clogged toliet that we couldn't even flush. not my idea of a comfortable stay.
