Liked: Location. Walking distance from UT-Martin Campus
Disliked: This is not a complaint. I feel the hotel should renovate/update the facilities. I say this because it’s really the only Hotel in Martin. Update to a Luxury Modern Style before another hotel opens.

Very disappointed in Hilton Honors
Liked: Location. Morning staff was friendly
Disliked: Was not greeted as Hilton Honors Member. Front Light in room did not work. Bathroom was not fully stocked.

Liked: Clean hotel. This is important to me. Nice rooms. Bed was comfortable.

Liked: I loved everything. The room was amazing. Beds slept amazingly. Everything was awesome. Definitely will be back

Disliked: the drink machine on our floor didnt take bills , had to go downstairs to get change, the snack machine kept spitting my money out. it was horrible. snack machines need to be upgraded.
