The hotel met my needs.

Liked: Everything about the hotel was good; the cost was affordable, our room was spacious and the hotel was clean and it's location was prefect as I was attending an event at the nearby university
Disliked: Maybe improve on breakfast. Considering it was winter, more warm food would do.

Never staying again

Liked: The hotel property was nice
Disliked: The receptionist racially profiled me. Stopped me and questioned what room I was staying in. Then went to verify if was in the room after she told me that room was empty.

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly atmosphere, customer service was above and beyond.
Disliked: Parking could have been better, felt like the parking lot was really tight making it harder for larger vehicles to maneuver.

Ok

Liked: It was clean, bed was comfy.
Disliked: I’m giving them 2 stars for employee oversights and lack of service recovery. Not going into lengthy scenarios, simple to say there were employee mistakes/attitude issues with staff that when relayed to management were met with excuses instead of simple apologies and accountability. I personally do not need to hear lengthy excuses on why employees fell short due to staff shortages, a staff members family hardships causing additional shortage, inexperience of staff, etc. Working in hospitality I get it’s a tough time for the service sector due to employee turnover. So just acknowledge my complaint and let me know if you intend to make it right (which they would not) or don’t waste my time with excuses.

My family and I thoroughly...

Liked: Their breakfast, staff hospitality, and water pressure/temperature were amazing! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The shower size and temperature were everything you want in a hotel.
