Liked: Room was clean, Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great start to my day.
Disliked: Elevator seemed to need some work, did not align with floors when doors opened.

Disliked: Shower still had hair in it from a previous guest.

The hotel met my needs.

Liked: Everything about the hotel was good; the cost was affordable, our room was spacious and the hotel was clean and it's location was prefect as I was attending an event at the nearby university
Disliked: Maybe improve on breakfast. Considering it was winter, more warm food would do.

Never staying again

Liked: The hotel property was nice
Disliked: The receptionist racially profiled me. Stopped me and questioned what room I was staying in. Then went to verify if was in the room after she told me that room was empty.

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly atmosphere, customer service was above and beyond.
Disliked: Parking could have been better, felt like the parking lot was really tight making it harder for larger vehicles to maneuver.
