Liked: We have been in NY for the first time!!! Absolutely amazing!!! All very professional every day! The security boy absolutely helpfully in everything you need without asking! I would recommend this hotel! Soo near to Times Square, Bryant Park and the subway!! Thank you all for our staying! We have enjoyed every minute in the Big Apple!!!!

Liked: Great central location. Lovely clean room and helpful staff. Free coffee and a roof terrace were great.
Disliked: Breakfast was busy. Sometimes had to wait for a seat but no big deal.

Liked: Super cozy room with a gorgeous view, perfect location, lovely staff, good (but not great) breakfast, a breathtaking rooftop, I would definitely recommend it and would go back too
Disliked: Breakfast is not great, more fruit and better coffee could improve it
