Liked: Amazing location and great staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the hot beverages at all times in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Breakfast was fine but not great. Limited fresh fruit options in the morning. Elevators can get very congested in the mornings.

Liked: The location and staff was excellent. The staff answered our questions, helped with subway information, held our luggage for us to tour the city, and booked our car service!
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre and room cleaning was not done daily.

Hampton Inn Quality near Times...

Liked: The hotel is centrally located near Times Square, so if you want to explore the Great White Way and Times Square, the location cannot be beat. Hampton Inns always have good quality, and this one is no exception, although the layout is more vertical than usual because of the NYC location. The hotel is the closest one to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, so we like to stay there when en route from the airports to our home in upstate New York. The bus is cheaper than storing a car for more than a week or two. The hotel is decent, not great. The breakfast is good but mobbed. The staff was nice. A porter opened the door to the rooftop for us, which is worth a visit.
Disliked: Everything was pretty good, so I have no real complaint. The breakfast is mobbed, but it's good.
