Incredibly disappointing.

Liked: The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was fine.
Disliked: I was sold the room under the pretence it was an accessible room. It was not accessible My wheelchair was unable to go further than the entrance of the room. There was a roll in shower but what good is that if you can't occupy the room. I lost £400 for a night which I didn't stay. I was transferred to the hotel next door but because they took so long to arrange a room I was charged for late checkout. I then had to pay the second hotel for that night too. The whole experience was very upsetting.

Good for location, staff was...

Liked: The location was good, central for what we were looking for.
Disliked: The cost was brutal a single night should not be that expensive along with the cost for parking.There was an additional cost to get a room on the top floor.
