Superb location and awesome for...

Liked: Location (5 Stars)We were just in for a night on the return route to Portugal from Orlando. We just needed a hotel for a night so that we could experience New York City for the first time. The hotel was great, we were even able to store our 9 bags of luggage whilst we went out sightseeing before our transfer back to EWR. Breakfast opens early 07:00 which is awesome so we were able to get up and get out nice and early. We had a bonus too as it was snowing in the morning too (Xmas Eve!). And the hot drinks available around the clock was fantastic!
Disliked: Rooms were comfy but a little small but this is to be expected in a city, especially New York!A single night for 2 adults and 1 x child was a bit pricey but expected for this time of year (December).

Poor

Liked: How close it was to the concert event we were going to. How secure it was and the nearby parking garage.
Disliked: Staff seemed to want us to get moving and not bother them. Rooms and open spaces all seemed very small.

Liked: Great location- great staff!
Disliked: The breakfast selection- very inconsistent. Sounds stupid, but we missed bacon twice by about 8am. By the time we arrived it was all gone and very cheap, poor quality frankfurters instead. Other times, plain bagels had run out with staff saying there was no more by 8/8:30am, likewise with some tea bags which ran out, you could see empty packets in the trash- but staff saying there were no more that day.Just small things like that. Just takes away from the stay.
