We had a problem with the room and it was taken care of quickly. The problem was not the fault of the hotel staff but more so the building itself.

Liked: Location was very good in the Flatiron district, and the hot shower was very welcome during the cold front!
Disliked: The bed was very very uncomfortable, the towels were stained, and the curtains didn’t entirely cover the window (affecting privacy and light into the room).

Disliked: Layout for breakfast area was difficult to navigate during busy times.

Liked: Close to subway and was great that it had free breakfast. They also will keep your luggage before and after you check in.

Liked: The location was convenient, room was a good size, beds were comfortable
Disliked: It was very run down and in need of repairs. Mirrors, paint and flooring peeling in room. Bedskirts wrinkled and uneven, mold in bathroom. Front entrance automatic door did not work at all and was blocked off.
